As President and Owner of 4 Season Land Care, John Bridges has led the company since founding it in 2008. With extensive experience in landscape design and business management, John has built 4 Season Land Care into a trusted name across Maryland for quality, reliability, and professionalism.

His vision and leadership continue to guide the company’s growth, ensuring every project reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer care. John’s passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial clients is at the heart of everything 4 Season Land Care does.

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations at 4 Season Land Care, Chris brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, electrical work, project management, and landscape design. A lifelong Marylander, his diverse background allows him to oversee every project with a deep understanding of both technical precision and creative vision.

Chris is dedicated to ensuring that each client receives exceptional service and lasting results. From coordinating large-scale commercial projects to fine-tuning residential designs, he combines leadership, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to deliver quality outcomes in every season.

Chances are, if you meet John Bridges, owner of 4 Season Land Care, you’ll also meet Chili. Since 2008, Chili has been riding shotgun from job to job, keeping John and the crew company while making sure everyone stays on track. Born in 2008, the same year as the company, she’s truly grown alongside 4 Season Land Care — becoming as much a part of the team as any crew member.

Whether she’s supervising from the passenger seat, greeting clients with a wagging tail, or simply boosting team morale, Chili brings warmth and personality to every workday. Loyal, energetic, and always ready for the next adventure, she continues to be a beloved part of the company’s story and spirit.
